What payment method can I use to make my purchase on YumTrade?

We offer the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, and other bank cards supported by Shopify Payment Gateway.

Where can I receive my order from YumTrade?

You can select any address (home, work, etc. - never a PO Box) you want us to deliver to.

Do YumTrade deliver internationally?

Yes, we deliver internationally.

How long will my order take to arrive?

For Local Delivery (Local Mail):

We usually packed and mailed our products in opaque envelopes/boxes (items cannot be seen from outside). On the envelope, we just indicate our firm name in short, address at the back.

To make sure your order reaches you in good hands, your order will be delivered via Singapore Post Mail (eg. registered mail / SmartPac). Once your transaction is successful, your order will be packed and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase or on the next working day. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery to reach you.

For International Delivery:

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase or the next business day.

For overseas orders, delivery is by Air. We deliver through Singapore Post Office (SingPost) or a third-party international courier service. Import taxes, duties, and government charges may be levied by your country’s customs and tax authority. Taxes may vary and are calculated on the declared value of the goods. Note that all import taxes, duties, and government charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Mail/shipping charges will apply upon online orders. You may select Register-Mail or Speedpost Economy. We usually packed and mailed our products in opaque envelopes/boxes (items cannot be seen from outside). On the package, we just indicate our firm name in short, address at the back. The item declaration will be made as a gift or as another description.

Due to different time zone, we do not accept any cancellation once your order is ship.

Can I track YumTrade order?

Yes, we will update the tracking number once we have packed our products. Due to privacy, please log in to view your order and tracking details at account.yumtrade.com

Can I pay by Ringgit Malaysia in YumTrade?

Yes, Malaysian customers can now pay in Malaysia Ringgit (RM) by cash deposit, bank transfer, or ATM transfer to our account in Malaysia. Please select manual payments on checkout for your order!
